Aaltonen is an investigation into approaching music as something performative and in-the-moment. Everything is a live, one take recording with modular synthesizers, with minimal production. The tracks skirt between electronic music that is linear, repetitive and structured - techno, acid house, electro; atmospheric film music, and sound experiments that are more free-form and unpredictable.
